2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are considered under the following circumstances:

  • Service not rendered as agreed
  • Technical failure preventing service delivery
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Cancellation requested before service commencement

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refund:

  • Services already rendered and completed
  • Customized or bespoke solutions
  • Transaction fees and processing charges
  • Products or services purchased during promotional periods

4. Refund Process

  3. Describe the reason for the refund request
  4. Allow 14 business days for review

5. Processing Timeline

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 14 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.

6. Partial Refunds

In cases where only partial services were rendered, a partial refund may be issued proportional to the services not delivered.

7. E-Invoice Cancellations

For transactions involving LHDN/MyInvois e-invoices, refund processing includes the required e-invoice cancellation process in compliance with Malaysian tax regulations.
